Bishop David J. Singleton, the Senior Pastor of Ark of Jesus Ministries in Rochester, NY, recalls the desire and journey for a specific new church home. At the end of the year in 1999, the Lord spoke to Bishop Singleton whose church was originally located at 63 Hebard St., a property of which they owned.
