Mountain Moving Faith: How to manage chronic illnesses with your faith

Life’s journey is full of highs and lows there are many beautiful moments but also challenges you never saw coming. For many of us, that challenge is living with a chronic illness. It’s definitely not easy, but we have found that leaning on your faith can give you strength in these tough times. THAT INITIAL SHOCK AND GRIEF IS NORMAL. Chronic illnesses are health problems that stay with you for a long time and affect every aspect of your life. These can be physical disorders, mental illness, or even seemingly endless emotional struggles. It can feel overwhelming when you first get that diagnosis of a chronic illness. You might feel a mix of emotions sadness, fear, and a lot of “Why me?” thoughts. All these feelings are normal they are a natural part of coming to terms with big changes in your life. But even in these times, your faith can give you hope. While it doesn’t erase your pain or struggles, it does help you see life beyond your current struggles.
