The city of Rochester and Monroe County spent the year of 2018 celebrating the life and legacy of Frederick Douglass. The celebration brought out the best in our community. All demographics came together to celebrate what this great leader accomplished and we took introspective looks at ourselves as to what we should do in our current time to improve the lives of humanity.
